On July 16th of this year, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) published Recommendations for enhancing the reactor oversight process. They spent the last year in a consultation process to develop the report including public meetings.

“With operations on both sides of the border, Cameco also sees tremendous value in increasing cooperation between the United States and Canada to address critical mineral issues and strengthen security of supply on a North American, rather than strictly national, basis.”
Part 2 of 2 Parts (Please read Part 1 first)
The President wrote, “The Working Group shall examine the current state of domestic nuclear fuel production to reinvigorate the entire nuclear fuel supply chain, consistent with United States national security and non-proliferation goals.”
Caramel is one of my favorite indulgences, and since keto caramel really isn't great for you like some dark chocolate desserts can be, I don't indulge as often as I'd like. When I saw this recipe for caramel crunch bars I was seriously tempted to make it, especially since some of the ingredients could be swapped for keto ones. When it comes to yummy treats, I often just go for the sweet over the keto and just cut the portion size anyway.
A couple of weeks ago, we discussed how to host a Stranger Things party in honor of the third season of Netflix's show being released. While there are a bunch of cute and fun favors to buy or make, making the actual Upside Down is a much scarier concept that calls for more than crepe paper.
This question isn't about whether or not you care if someone else is wearing a bra because, quite frankly, that's nobody's business but their own. It might be the business between them and a parent, if the parent has to make the purchases, but even then it's a pretty personal choice. No, this question is about you and what you prefer, especially now that it's summertime.
Summer is in full swing, with heat advisories and sweltering weather, which is often accompanied by storms in my neck of the woods. This translates to stifling humidity that can only be treated with... vibrant summer cocktails! Okay, air conditioning is also helpful, but a good drink can really make your day.
Long has the question been asked, "Which Grateful Dead album is the best of all time?" Plenty of fans will point to the 1969 Live album, while others may simply argue that the literal Best of the Grateful Dead is the top choice. American Beauty, Grateful Dead and Workingman's Dead are also top contenders.
Positive thinking is all the rage right now, especially with people believing in the Law of Attraction, and while I think that it's generally a good idea, I've also seen some harm come out of it when people refuse to think of anything except positivity. They seem to lack empathy for others when they do this, and I've seen too many people ignore actual real problems that they could help with, particularly in our government, by just leaving things to "god's hands." I think a healthy dose of action, and some compassion, go well with positive thinking.
Sorting favorite characters into their Hogwarts Houses has become something of a cultural phenomenon, and it's fun to speculate about which of our fandoms has the most Gryffindors, Ravenclaws, Hufflepuffs or Slytherins. Many even combine multiple houses, sorting their favorites into Gryffinpuffs or Raverins.
Have you ever heard of a black Jacobian hummingbird? The species has an impressive feature that renders its wings a kalaidescope of color, as you can see in the photos here, and it's so pretty that it's breathtaking. There's an entire rainbow in the bird's wingspan, making us believe there's really magic in the world. Who needs rainbow unicorn colors when this incredible creature exists?
It still boggles my mind how outdated so many forms of tech have become in just a decade or two. Looking at floppy discs and CDs, I can imagine how people felt when 8-tracks went out of style. The cool thing about old CDs is that you can often use them for craft projects, which is more than I can say about floppies (although I did hear of people using them as coasters...).
Why do succulents make our hearts sing so much? For me, I know there's definitely a connection to my grandmother, who was my best friend for many years. She's been gone for almost a decade and a half but I bought her old house and always try to have a few to honor her, since she always had succulents. She did a much better job at maintaining her gardens than I do, though!
When it comes to what makes the best bar, everyone seems to have different criteria. Some people love it loud and exciting; I love cozy pubs with a more casual, quiet tone, myself. Some people love drink specials while others are all about the snacks or appetizers. Atmosphere is a big deal to me, and if I don't like the seating or sound of a place I usually don't return. There's a place nearby that serves some of the best drinks I've ever had, for example, but the music is so loud--it's like going to a disco!--that I just don't go there anymore.
